We are on the junction of Station Road and Belvedere Road. Close to Taunton Borough Deane Council offices.
There is paid parking available at a local car park on Belvedere Road.
From the initial point of contact I was totally at ease, though having used Nigel Ford previously this was to be expected. At every stage how I was, and how the family were was a constant consideration and this made the whole process both dignified and easy on us as a grieving family.
Any requests we made were very speedily answered and acted upon, which meant that come the day of the service we were as prepared as we could be, but more importantly knowing our plans and wishes were equally under control.
Our request to the mourners was to wear blue as this was my fathers favourite colour, so to see the funeral team in blue ties / cravats was a very lovely and considerate touch. The day went as well as we planned and that was very much down to the team at Nigel Ford Funeral Directors and so to them all from us the family, a heart felt thank you.

The staff were excellent and kept me and my husband informed of every step before the sad day and the day of the Cremation.
They advised what was available for the day and what was available to remember.
We have used them now three times and we would say they are the best and would recommend them to anyone who requires this service.
James' Dad and my Dad and Mum. Always received an excellent service. Helpfully and very caring. Went to other Funeral Directors but felt that they not caring.
When everything has been completed with my Mums Affairs we are hoping to do a funeral plan with Dignity and Nigel K Ford.

My Mother had taken out a Dignity plan shortly after Dads death 10 years ago and had clearly stated what she wanted when she passed.
Paul, from Nigel K Ford, was so helpful helping to arrange the few final bits and pieces.
He organised liaison with the Vicar and Church, printed off an Order of Service, arranged the supply of Mums choice of flowers and even coached the volunteer pall bearers on the day.
His attention to detail and caring manner helped to make the day pass with the minimum of stress.
