All Staff that I dealt with were sympathetic and reassuring, whilst being quietly efficient in organising all aspects of my father's funeral. Like many people, I had no experience of anything like this, and relied heavily on their knowledge and capability. I was never more grateful to find that everything was no trouble and all details were professionally organised, leaving me to concentrate on the remaining family. I have to say the service I received from Thomas brothers was second to none, very professional, there was so much to think about, I did feel lost at this sad time, but after our first meeting with them it was plain to see that they do everything for you at the stressful time of losing someone.
I lost my mum and the following day my step dad passed as well, they lived in Yorkshire and I’m in Devon, I wanted to bring them both back to Devon for the funeral, at the start I didn’t know if this was possible, all I can say is I highly recommend Thomas brothers, we had a double funeral in Devon and I cannot thank them enough. My whole Experience from start to finish was faultless and very compassionate.
